1. Attend class. TAKE NOTES.
2. Begin work on an assignment early enough to complete it.
Follow the
directions and complete each portion.
3. Partnerships are optional. Students should dissolve dysfunctional
pairings.
4. Study and work practice Exploration problems in preparation
for an exam, even if the exam is open book.
5. This course is organized to run as efficiently as possible,
and so students should minimize the number of special requests:
“I need to reschedule the exam because my ride is leaving early,”
“Can I email the assignment since I/we missed the deadline in Moodle?”
etc….
The instructor realizes that the "real-world" intrudes in our lives,
and occasionally special accomodations are needed. However, she does does track
these special requests, and any trends will be noted when assigning final grades.
